Refund and Returns Policy

1. Refund & Return Policy:

• Refund or exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.
• Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by an invoice.
• Non-returnable items: customized panels, opened electrical parts, clearance items, or products marked “final sale.”
• Returned products undergo inspection within 2 business days of receipt.
• If approved, refunds are processed within 7 business days using the original payment method (cash or bank transfer).
• Refunds exclude shipping costs. Customers bear additional costs for return shipping or cash collection.
